Description
DIN 15402 applies to drop forged and hammer forged unmachined parts with or without a nose for ramshorn hooks (Duplex hooks) on lifting appliances, which are used primarily for the suspension of loads.
Ramshorn Hook Unmachined
– Hook forged and heat-treated
– Material: carbon, alloys
– Mechanical properties: M, P, S, T, V
– Load test: requested/recommended after machining
– Certificate: EN10204-3.1
– Standard: DIN 15402 or GB /T 10051
– Type RSN (Drop forged) for single hooks Nos. 1~12
– Type RFN (Hammer forged) for single hooks Nos. 16~250
